All hirers and drivers must have a full valid driving licence, free from endorsements, and have had over 12 months driving experience.

All hirers and drivers must be over 21 years of age and under 75 years of age (the minimum age is higher for certain vehicles).

You may drive on your own insurance (however our vehicle must be covered fully comprehensively and we will need to see a cover note or a fleet policy certificate of insurance) or you can use Ryans Rentals insurance for an additional charge. This covers you for any loss or damage to our vehicle while in your care EXCEPT for the first £500 (* Excess from £500) excess which is payable by you.

Insurance C.D.W The £500 excess will be reduced to £150 if you purchase our Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) at the time of booking for £10.00 per day + VAT.

The estimated total cost of the rental plus insurance excess charge (or the insurance waiver premium) is payable at the time of taking delivery of the vehicle.

All vehicles are subject to a 200 miles per day mileage allowance then a subsequent charge of 10 pence per mile over this figure.
